Shaver Shop is a speciality retailer selling personal grooming products. They have over 120 stores across Australia and New Zealand, offering a wide range of brands at competitive prices.

Shaver Shop briefed SBM to develop a magalogue that highlights their broad range of products. When working with the Shaver Shop team to create their first magalogue, SBM wanted it to have a fresh visual identity. Striking black and white imagery was framed with the Shaver Shop orange; looking distinct while creating a contrast with the full colour product imagery. The magalogue was designed for the feel to be catalogue, but with a number of stories and thought-pieces throughout that would also engage the consumer. The design was somewhat free and flexible because of this, allowing each page’s layout to flow uniquely to accommodate different content, whether that’s products or articles. With so many ranges, product organisation and structure was key to the overall design and development. Title pages were used to introduce each section and there was clear navigation on each spread.
